Hi! I'm a 30 year old American woman, but was blessed to be born a Southerner and a Floridian. I have been with my husband for eleven years and we have a one year old son who is my absolute pride and joy. We're so smitten that we hope to have more in the near future. In the last year I have been diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder and PNES. I'm here to write about my experience.

I keep comparing myself to others and feel like total shit. It’s ridiculous. I should know better at my age! But it’s a deeply ingrained habit.
I need to just “bloom” which sounds so simple, doesn’t it? But it’s one of the toughest challenges I think I’ll face in my lifetime!
